No fix no fee. All repairs and work are under a 30-day warranty from PC Central. Parts and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover the following: misuse of the system or any of it's components or tampering with or attempted repairs by anyone other than an authorized technician acceptable by PC Central. PC Central is not responsible for issues caused by Virus, file corruption of the operating system, damage caused by the down loading of Adware-Spyware or other malice programs onto a computer system. PC Central recommends regular data backup and assumes no responsibility for lost data. A 40% deposit is required for all website work done by PC Central. The deposit is non-refundable and will only be accepted after the client's approval of the sample page and permission to go forth with the project. We must have the customer's signature before PC Central performs any work and/or takes a piece of equipment.
